aspie babble

i'm a girl with asperger's syndrome from the UK. about me :)

i started this blog because i needed somewhere to vent, and maybe it'll be helpful to other girls with asperger's. i am also recovering from anorexia so i write about that from time to time.

aspie girls are very different to aspie boys. as a result, it's hard to diagnose, and even harder to explain to NTs.

Anonymous asked: How do you manage in the outdoors?

not very well especially if it’s noisy or bright.

it’s generally too difficult to go out more than twice a day for very long. i try to organise my week so that i only need to leave my flat once a day, but i do try to go outside most days of the week because i know it’s unhealthy to stay in, plus my eating disorder compels me to walk around otherwise i feel gross. it’s hard to find a balance but it’s so important to.
